Customer Service

Our office staff is here to guide you through the repair process, which starts with an estimate. We have 3 knowledgeable estimators so you never need an appointment for timely service. You can wait in our comfortable office while the estimator inspects the damage, takes pictures and enters his findings into our computerized system.

We work with all insurance companies and will contact yours directly if you like. Our office staff can arrange for a rental car or offer you a shuttle ride within 5 miles of our Lake City shop.

Once your repair is underway our staff will give you an estimated day of completion and keep you informed of the progress regarding your insurance company and your repair. Do not hesitate to ask any questions that you may have about insurance issues, your deductible, and your car. They are here to make sure that you are satisfied with every aspect of your experience at Stetner Auto Body.

Our facility here in Lake City has room for 20 cars indoors and 40 cars in secure outdoor storage. This and our staff of 14 gives us the ability to work on lots of vehicles simultaneously so that your repair work is never delayed.
