We are proud of our history of delivering exceptional customer service to the Lake City community and the Seattle area since 1971. Our parents opened shop in this very location in 1971 and we have continued that same level of service to this very day. It’s been fun to truly get to know our customers as we’ve been repairing their cars for 3 generations now. And we look forward to continuing the tradition for years to come.

David and Nancy Stetner started the business in 1971 with 5 repair bays and an old portable classroom for their office. In the 1980′s they doubled the size of the shop and in the 90′s they expanded again, building a new office and paint shop. For years we’ve been involved in the Lake City Chamber of Commerce and the Lake City Elks, and we continue to sponsor Lake City Pioneer Days.

Kurt and Kathy both started working at the family business when they were in high school and their parents retired about 10 years ago. Today we employ 12 technicians, one of whom has been with the business for over 10 years. Along the way we have repaired thousands of cars and as the collision repair industry has evolved we have continued to invest in the technology and training required to deliver top notch service to our customers.

Evidence of this commitment can be found in our affiliation with the following organizations:

Being I-CAR Gold certified means that our technicians have the training and knowledge to properly inspect and repair your vehicle.
